Quarterly Pest Control Service:

Choosing quarterly pest service ensures that your property remains protected from pests throughout the year.

We come out and service your property every quarter, this ensures amazing pest protection and customer satisfaction!  

​

Plus, if a problem arises between services, we come and take care of it at NO CHARGE to you.  

​

Pricing starts at $52.50 per quarter (plus tax), depending on the size of your home.

One-Time Pest Control Service:

Have a specific problem that just popped up?  Ants, wasps, or other pests seem to come out of no where?  

​

Maybe a one-time service is just what you need to take care of a specific problem.  We still recommend our quarterly service, but if that is not for you we will be glad to come out and service your property to help eliminate the problem.

Pricing for One-Time Services start at $75.00 (plus tax).

Roach Service:

​

If you have a property that has a roach problem, call us right away. Roaches can get out of hand quickly if not handled immediately.  We can help!!

​

Along with our customers personal property, we service many rental properties also, Keep your rental protected and keep your renters!

​

This special 3-month service starts at $150.00 (plus tax) depending on the size of the property and the severity of the problem.

Urban Wildlife Entrapment:

Wildlife in and around Hot Springs Village is inevitable!  We love our community, but sometimes animals like pack rats, mice, racoons, and squirrels to name a few - like to get into our trash or our home and start destroying things!

Entrapment Services start at $175.00 (plus tax) depending on the severity of the problem.
